After evenly lighting the moxa stick, proceed with moxibustion. During treatment, maintain focused concentration and attentively perceive the suction-like interaction between your body and the moxa. If the moxa stick is too short or its temperature is uncomfortably hot, use a moxa stick extender. Once finished, place the used moxa stick in a fire-extinguishing canister, close the lid securely, and allow it to extinguish naturally—this ensures it remains safe for future use.
