The live broadcast of the 7th Academic Annual Conference of the Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation is about to begin.

The 7th Academic Annual Conference of the Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation, hosted by Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital), will be held on An online live broadcast will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, on the “Healthy Henan” video channel of Henan Radio and Television Station.

This year’s Academic Annual Conference of the Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation has brought together numerous outstanding resources and talents in the field. Eight experts presented their academic achievements, several renowned specialists served as conference moderators, and Yi Wengang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital), chaired the conference. The eighth-generation descendant of the Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation and a physician at the Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province… Guo Jiayi, Deputy Director of Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital, serves as the Executive Chair.

At this year’s Academic Annual Conference of the Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation, Zhu Liguo, President of Wangjing Hospital of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was specially invited, Vice President of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Chen Weiheng, the seventh-generation descendant of the PingLe Guo School of Orthopedics, Henan Provincial Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital) Director Guo Yanxing, Director Zhan Hongsheng of the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director Yu Jie of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director Chen Xianjin of Wuhu Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Deputy Director Song Yongwei of Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital (Henan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital) in Henan Province, and Dr. Li Feng delivered outstanding academic presentations.

The Pingle Guo School of Orthopedic Manipulation primarily employs traditional Chinese medicinal manual techniques for bone-setting, supplemented by topical plasters, small splints, and oral herbal decoctions. It is renowned for its remarkable therapeutic efficacy, minimal patient discomfort, and low recurrence rate after recovery. The historical development of the Pingle Guo School bears the imprint of Confucian, Buddhist, and Daoist thought, while also aligning, to a certain extent, with the evolutionary trajectory of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology.
